We recruit in the sectors of Technology and Pharma specializing in Business Analyst, Data Analyst and Pharmacy Technician roles.

 

Established in 2023, we recruit talent from the mainstream public, finding individuals their ideal job.

Our aim is to find candidates their ideal and long sought after role, and to provide employers with a talented and dedicated work force.

 

Whilst our aim is to ensure a smooth transition for our candidates into their next role, we understand its not always smooth sailing and issues could arise. Our aim is to mediate these issues during the initial period of employment and we do this by :

 

• Having fortnightly catchup sessions with candidates during the first 2 months of employment.

• Having fortnightly meetings with employers in the first 2 months of employing their new staff member.

• A dedicated member of our team available to candidates as a point of contact.
