We are a recruitment agency, based in the heart of Wales, Cardiff.

We recruit in the sectors of IT, Customer Service and Office work, Pharmacy and the Third Sector industries.

 

Established in 2023, we recruit talent from the mainstream public, specialising in recruiting BAME candidates and supporting them in finding their ideal job.

Our aim is to find candidates their ideal and long sought after role, and to provide employers with a talented and dedicated work force.

 

Whilst our aim is to ensure a smooth transition for our candidates into their next role, we understand its not always smooth sailing and issues could arise. Our aim is to mediate these issues during the initial period of employment and we do this by :

 

• Having weekly/fortnightly catchup sessions with candidates during the first 2 months of employment

• Having weekly/fortnightly meetings with employers in the first 2 months of employing their new staff member

​

• A dedicated member of our team available to candidates as a point of contract

​

• Running regular skills workshops -

  • During period of employment, if the employer identifies a gap in the employees skillset we provide training on this.
